I really like the significant choice of level two Malpractice ability cutting off one of the outer subtrees.
The explicit lv 1 procedures are nice too.
Shipit the thing!

Nb: Clarity. Now that we grant level 1 abilities via class passive, we may want to change "every level" to "each time you gain a level"
