I see Assassins are being stealthy again. We'll have to test some of these, but they look shiny.

If this is a roll, it'd be 10 + Stealth (Dex), but if it's a flat DC, it should be 10 + Stealth Skill. it's not clear which is called for here.

What's a Cloak DC you ask? No one knows because it literally only exists in this feat. (I think it was probs intended to Detect?)
