Support Polyhedra v0.8

(`CompatHelper` is asleep here.)
I tried to raise the version for `Polyhedra` (and also for `DynamicPolynomials`) but that results in an error when compiling the package:

```julia
ERROR: LoadError: UndefVarError: `planar_contour` not defined in `Polyhedra`
```
