Fixed

  • apps: Launch packaged desktop apps without Explorer (1dc2f3a)

    ShellExecute on shell:AppsFolder<AUMID> fails for every packaged app
    when Explorer is not the shell, so Claude, Notepad, Terminal and the
    other MSIX apps the apps module lists could not be opened under mshell.

    Activate packaged apps whose host environment is the desktop through
    IApplicationActivationManager, which works with or without Explorer,
    and fall back to ShellExecute if activation fails. UWP apps stay on
    ShellExecute: activating them without Explorer blocks the launcher for
    about 46 seconds and still fails.
