Tooling only. No changes to features or data.

Internal

  • npm run dev:demo now binds Vite's port with strictPort when a
    VITE_DEV_ORIGIN is set, so it always lands on the port a reverse proxy
    forwards to and a second project's dev:demo fails loudly instead of
    drifting to a free port. Plain npm run dev is unaffected; override with
    PORT / VITE_DEV_ORIGIN.
