Deepr v2.43.1

Deepr v2.43.1 makes offline MCP host-interop preflight a first-class doctor and host-guide surface. Production paid dispatch remains frozen.

MCP baseline

Dual-era protocol support for the MCP 2026-07-28 revision remains the baseline from v2.41.0. Offline machine-checkable conformance (deepr-mcp-conformance-v1) remains the operator proof from v2.43.0. This patch puts that proof in deepr doctor and host guides so preflight is one command.

Cost safety

No paid path is enabled by this release. Metered research and metered expert chat remain fail-closed. Local and safety-eligible plan-quota capacity are unchanged.

Use the verified GitHub Release wheel for this tag (pipx or pip install from the release asset). PyPI publication is not enabled.
