The exact release commit, aad8477a6da5b9a10d07ae3c51591c8f010ce2c1, passes all CI checks, including 11,872 passing unit tests on each of Python 3.12, 3.13, and 3.14. Coverage exceeds the 80% gate on every version. Strict types, lint, security, code-health and paid-API checks, reproducible plugin packaging, and clean installed-wheel checks pass. The full Windows Python suite passed 11,877 tests with 85.24% coverage; the subsequent installer correction also passes its executed Windows PowerShell, PowerShell 7, and Bash scenarios.
Live validation used public OpenRouter metadata, an authenticated read-only key-control check, and local Ollama. Paid API spend was $0. The runtime proposal introduces no deployment or hosted-execution authority.
After publication, the downloaded public Windows installer successfully upgraded an isolated pipx installation from 2.50.11 to 2.50.12. The installed CLI reports the exact release version. Uploaded asset digests match the locally verified files.
