Fix core-only installation on Python 3.13. The previous dependency exposed yaml_ft, while Deepr's existing safe configuration, frontmatter and MCP code imports yaml.

  • Declare canonical PyYAML on every supported ordinary stable Python minor, preserving all unrelated dependency versions.
  • Check the core CLI, doctor, MCP conformance and safe YAML loading on Python 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14 without development or full extras.
  • Keep published v2.50.25 tags and asset bytes unchanged.
