Fixed

  • Stable CLI and desktop update discovery now use GitHub's dedicated
    latest-release endpoint instead of deriving the current stable from large
    release-list pages. Growth across historical release metadata can no longer
    exhaust discovery or hide the stable release.
  • Preview CLI and desktop discovery now read smaller bounded release pages while
    retaining the whole-request byte and time limits.

Changed

  • Stable 0.10.2 promotes the exact 0.10.2-rc.1 runtime after its immutable
    14-asset release and complete Windows, macOS, and Linux install lifecycle
    passed. The installed stable-channel regression now resolves GitHub Latest
    directly and verifies the exact target and update state on every supported
    operating system.
