debugging using vscode config

Hello everonye,

I tried to debug blitjz using launch.json file in vscode, but failed, the debugger on port 9229, don't attach to blitz app even if launched with blitz command line with --inspect flag, it could be awesome to have a working sample launch.json config file for blitzjs

The debugger just keep spinning until it don't find any listenning port for debugging and shutdown
