Application error on Heroku

Hello guys,
the blitz application was working perfectly fine. I just wanted to update and bringe some new changes to the application. suddenly, I have faced with such errors (heroku[router]: at=error code=H10 desc="App crashed" ). could anyone help me, please? thanks guys.
