Small conversion and first-run polish on top of 1.0.0.

• Hero demos are now animated WebP (~7× smaller than the old GIFs), so the first screen loads faster on Threads, mobile, and slow connections
• Punchier hook that sells the idea in a glance

• Clearer empty-state copy if references are missing
