Summary

Refine the mobile composer with compact and expanded states, shared footer fades, haptics, reliable keyboard dismissal, and full-width camera and photo surfaces.
Standardize popovers, filters, and section menus with consistent type, strokes, radii, spacing, icons, and destructive styling.
Align message presentation with desktop through consistent system rows, typing and loading feedback, emoji placement, and predictable photo viewing.

solid polish pass — the shared NativeAttachmentPopoverStyle constants are a nice cleanup vs magic numbers. one risk with a diff this wide: clipsToBounds flipped to false on the popover root for shadows can bite if any child draws outside the glass (esp. camera preview). worth a quick check on iphone se + landscape that the shadow path still matches bounds after keyboard animation. tests covering activity + compose_bar help a lot here.

Approving. Independent review at head a13089e (mutation study plus base-commit controls) found no shippable defect.

Three non-blocking follow-ups:

The newest commit's tail-realign guard is untestable as shipped: deleting the !followsThreadTail.value guard in the post-frame callback leaves all tests green, including that commit's own new deep-link test. Add a test that exercises it or drop the line.
The PR body's "1,037 passed" is stale; actual is 1,088 (CI) / 1,087 (local).
Nothing in this repo's CI executes the new iOS RunnerTests; the Swift changes (glass chrome, Inter font, haptics) rest entirely on manual iPhone testing.

Also noted: one deterministic local test failure (ChannelDetailPage follow-mode, channel_detail_page_test.dart:1297) fails identically at the merge base under the same toolchain and is green in CI, so it is a pre-existing host-dependent flake, not from this PR.

The pre-push branch-skew hook correctly refused a tree CI will never test: origin/main advanced over desktop/src/testing/e2eBridge.ts, which this branch also carries via its base. Merging the PR's own base rather than origin/main directly: 4c257c8 already contains current main (5e0efb0) AND Max's resolution of that exact e2eBridge.ts overlap, certified with Desktop Smoke E2E (1) green. Re-resolving main's conflict here would duplicate that work and risk diverging from it. Merge-only, no rebase, no force. merge-tree reported 0 conflicts.
