Summary

Adds a --no-profile CLI flag that prevents loading default extensions. This enables fast, minimal sessions when you don't need all your configured extensions.

Usage:

# Start with zero extensions (fastest startup)
goose session --no-profile

# Start with only the developer extension
goose session --no-profile --with-builtin developer
