Summary
Fix the public package smoke test so
deriveSurfacePlanControlsis imported from the documented@anarchitecture/summon/enginesubpath instead of the curated root@anarchitecture/summonentrypoint.Root Cause
The release workflow failed while running
pnpm smoke:public-packagesbecause the smoke project attempted to importderiveSurfacePlanControlsfrom the root package. The root public API intentionally does not expose engine helpers, so Node reported that the export did not exist. This change also adds
deriveSurfacePlanControlsto the root leak assertion so the smoke test protects the package boundary explicitly.Validation
