There are 2 buy in modals. The new one @tommycp3 built as well as the old one in the top right ($) logo screen.

We need to refine down to one

Plan:

• Remove the old QR deposit style on the top right:

• Update Buy In Modal to have a third button underneath "Confirm & Join Seat #" which says the following: "Top Up Game Wallet"

• WIll open the Popup of the Same Deposit modal that is used on the Dashbaord page:

• Once deposit is approved, above popup will autoclose back to buy in with their updated balaance.

Feature Goal

Consolidate multiple deposit modals into a single, streamlined interface to improve user experience and reduce code duplication.

Current Issues:

• Multiple modal components for different deposit methods
• Inconsistent UI/UX across deposit flows
• Code duplication across modals
• Confusing navigation between deposit options

Proposed Unified Modal:

Single Modal with Tabs/Sections:

1. Crypto Deposit - Direct blockchain deposit
2. Credit/Debit Card - Fiat on-ramp
3. Bank Transfer - ACH/Wire options
4. Third-Party - Payment processors (Stripe, etc.)

Shared Components:

• Amount input with validation
• Fee calculator
• Transaction history sidebar
• Support/help links
• Progress indicators

Benefits:

• Consistent user experience
• Easier to maintain and update
• Reduced bundle size
• Better mobile experience (one modal vs multiple)
• Centralized validation logic

Technical Approach:

• Create DepositModal wrapper component
• Use tab navigation for deposit methods
• Share form state across tabs
• Extract common validation logic
• Implement proper error handling
• Add loading states for all methods

Acceptance Criteria:

• All deposit methods accessible from one modal
• Smooth transitions between methods
• Preserved form state when switching tabs
• Clear fee breakdown for each method
• Responsive design (mobile/desktop)
• Accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
• Unit tests for form validation
• Integration tests for modal flows
