Fix: Ship compiled JS instead of raw TypeScript

Node 24 forbids type-stripping inside node_modules. The package now compiles src/ and bin/ to dist/ via tsc with rewriteRelativeImportExtensions. Source stays as TypeScript, dist/ is built on prepublishOnly.

  • Exports point to dist/src/main.js with .d.ts declarations
  • CLI binary at dist/bin/main.js
  • Support vite.config.{ts,mts,js,mjs} variants
