Auto-refresh dashboard sync readout while view stays open

The dashboard status panel only refreshed via navigate() or SSE
new_block/mined_block events. Bulk sync advances the chain without
per-block SSE events, so the height/peers/sync % froze until the user
switched views and back.

Extract the /api/status update into refreshDashStatus() and run it on a
2s dashStatusTimer while the dashboard is open.
