Add robots.txt editor and backup restore.

Changes:

Add full robots.txt editor.
Sync the settings toggles when the Content-Signal line is edited manually.
Add last changed by this plugin date and time.
Add backup list with restore buttons.
Create a backup before restoring a previous backup.
Keep only the latest 5 backups.
Remove plugin settings and plugin-created backup files on uninstall.
Leave the current robots.txt file as-is if the plugin is deleted.
Hide the server file path from the wp-admin status display.
