Fix backup restore behaviour.

Changes:

  • Restore no longer creates a new backup first.
  • Backup restores no longer push older backups out of the list.
  • Backup date and time now includes seconds so close-together backups are easier to tell apart.
  • Backup filenames now avoid overwriting if two backups are created in the same second.
