Add in-page backup restore confirmation.

Changes:

  • Replace browser pop-up confirmation with an in-page confirmation box.
  • Show the selected backup date and time before restoring.
  • Add clearer restore confirmation button text: Yes, restore this backup.
  • Add a Cancel option that returns to the normal settings page.
