Switch update checks to the BlogLogistics manifest endpoint.

Changes:

  • Use updates.bloglogistics.com for update metadata.
  • Avoid GitHub API update checks to reduce rate-limit errors.
  • Keep GitHub release assets as the plugin ZIP download source.
  • Rename updater wrapper from GitHub-specific naming to manifest-style naming.
