Fix GitHub updater class conflict.

Changes:

  • Rename the updater wrapper class to BlogLogistics_Markdown_For_Agents_GitHub_Updater.
  • Rename the updater class file to avoid conflicts with other BlogLogistics plugins.
  • Prevent fatal errors when multiple BlogLogistics plugins are active.
