Modernize plugin for the BlogLogistics update system.

Changes:

  • Add BlogLogistics manifest-based updater.
  • Add Settings > Remove Comment Feed admin page.
  • Add configurable message shown when someone visits a blocked comment feed URL.
  • Add reset-to-default message action.
  • Keep normal WordPress post, category, and tag feeds available.
  • Update requirements to WordPress 7.0 and PHP 8.3.
  • Standardize license metadata to GPL-3.0-or-later.
  • Add automated release ZIP and manifest workflow.
