Fix settings page fatal error after bootstrap and language update.

Changes:

  • Fix settings page fatal error caused by an invalid readonly helper call after the bootstrap refactor.
  • Make all Heartbeat controls render correctly on the settings page.
  • Preserve the main plugin bootstrap structure added in 2.1.0.
  • Preserve the moved main plugin class under /includes/.
  • Preserve the language files added for English Australia, English Great Britain, French, German, Spanish, Norwegian Bokmål, Swedish, and Japanese.
  • Preserve the plugin update metadata, including icons, banners, Installation, FAQ, Author, and changelog support.
