Cinch 2.3.5

This fork of Cinch is now maintained by the Blolol organization. The README and LICENSE have been updated accordingly.

• Cinch is now automatically tested against Ruby 3.2 using GitHub Actions (#1).
• Gem releases are now published to GitHub's Ruby gem package repository, accessible at https://github.com/blolol/cinch/pkgs/rubygems/cinch (#2).
• Fix Ruby 2.7 keyword argument deprecation warnings (0b937db).
• Correctly parse messages without prefixes (fa4b23d).
