Settings > Visitor chat > General: a message box placeholder (public_chat_placeholder, empty by default, which shows "Type your question…").
Settings > Visitor chat > General > Images: a switch to show the attach button next to the message box (public_chat_attach_icon, off by default). Visitors can still paste or drop images without it.
