Issue reports show the images the visitor attached while reporting the problem (for example a screenshot), and the notification email says how many there are. Images are kept with the conversation and disappear when it is deleted.
Fixed
A visitor who followed up on a problem they had already reported (with more details or a screenshot) created a second report for the same problem. While the conversation log is on, the visitor chat now updates the existing open report of the conversation instead.
