GitHub serves community health files from this repository to every repository in the organisation that does not have its own copy:
CONTRIBUTING.md— how to contribute to any blossomstack project.CLA.md— the Contributor License Agreement. This is the canonical text. It is also published as a Gist, because the CLA bot reads the agreement from a Gist URL rather than a repository file; the two must be kept in step.
This mechanism covers community health files only — never workflows. Each repository still owns its own CI.
