Smarter Project panel. Session rows recently gained branch, activity, and usage lines — which left the bottom-left Project panel repeating them. It now shows only what the rows don't: uncommitted-file count, commits ahead of the merge base, the last commit (sha + subject), the repo path, and the session's claude flags.

Includes v0.2.2's Fork Session (right-click → Fork Session) if you're coming from 0.2.1.

Install / update: existing installs offer this in-app; otherwise curl -fsSL https://yardmaster.me/install.sh | bash. DMG users: xattr -cr /Applications/Yardmaster.app after installing.
