v0.4.29

Source-only release. No Android APK here - see the README for the recommended Android app.

• npm: @blue-soda/dsh-remote@0.4.29
• Retries the momentary Windows EPERM while replacing a state file (trusted-peers.json, server-credentials.json, device.*) and sweeps temporary files a crashed write left behind. A retry does not make two instances sharing one DSH_HOME safe.
• Docs: the Android section is condensed, the Server section describes its multi-account support, and install commands fetch this repository's own scripts.
• Fork of liguobao/ds-harness-remote (MIT).
