Windows pre-built nativelink v6 (1.6.6 + junction patterns)

nativelink.exe built from branch v1.6.6-windows at 5a1d136 (upstream v1.6.6 + absolute-path fix for canonicalise_path + directory-cache junction mode, now with component patterns in experimental_junction_paths gated on the action's declared outputs), cross-compiled from Linux with cargo-xwin (clang-cl + lld-link, target x86_64-pc-windows-msvc).
