"TypeError: object is not a function" in chrome and "TypeError: n is not a function" in firebug

I'm just started this plugin included when my custom modal window is showing, which is the script is loaded by ajax request(i put the script asynchronously through json data). for the first time i think, i was wrong to put file sequence(ui.widget,iframe-transport,fileupload), but after checking on my code, all is fine. So what's the problem on this case ? because i was trying on my other project before (without modal technique) and working properly.

Also i try to load the script without ajax request and it's give me same result
