LevelHeaded version v0.3.0

Minecraft 26.2:

• Revamped HUD uses ActionBar messages now, no mixin.
• Scope extends from vanilla Spyglass now, no mixin.
• Grid to Ground custom scaling, plus compatibility with real-world projection mods (eg. Tellus) using WGS84 geoid.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Place Transit, then right-click to set occupy coordinates.
• Press V while holding Spyglass or Rod saves shots to CSV file in PNEZD format.
