Analytics Agent (new)

The CLI now ships an LLM-powered analytics agent for dbt projects, alongside the existing project scaffolding:

• blueprintdata analytics init — initialize the analytics agent in a dbt project
• blueprintdata analytics sync — profile warehouse tables (BigQuery, Postgres) and sync agent context with dbt models and schema
• blueprintdata analytics chat — start the analytics chat interface (UI and/or Slack)

Supports Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT models for documentation generation and data insights.

Project scaffolding

blueprintdata template continues to scaffold complete data stack projects (Meltano + dbt + GitHub Actions CI/CD, BigQuery or Postgres), unchanged in behavior from 1.x.

Internal restructuring

This version reflects a migration to a monorepo layout (apps/cli, packages/@blueprintdata/*) to share models, config, warehouse, and error-handling code between the CLI and the analytics agent. This is an internal change: the published blueprintdata-cli package remains a single self-contained binary with no new required setup for consumers.

Note on this release

This version was already sitting unpublished in package.json from the monorepo migration; the release pipeline that publishes it was broken until this release cycle and has now been repaired (see the "Release pipeline" fix landing in this same run). Because this version was published directly rather than through a changeset-driven version bump, no CHANGELOG.md entry was generated for it, and changesets/action correspondingly skipped auto-creating this GitHub Release — this entry backfills that gap. Future releases will get changelog-driven release notes automatically.
