Upgrades Go to 1.27 and the MCP Go SDK to v1.8.0, fixing four high-severity SDK vulnerabilities.

Client-visible changes:

• POST requests must send Content-Type: application/json (otherwise 415).
• Invalid tool arguments now return a tool result with isError: true instead of a JSON-RPC error.
