Expires idle MCP sessions, logs rejected requests and MCP SDK warnings, and fixes a data race in session tracking. Releases now open a blues.dev PR that bumps the MCP manifest version.

Client-visible change:

  • MCP sessions idle for 24 hours expire. The next request gets HTTP 404 and the client re-initializes (verified with Claude Code).
