• Options -n and -N for multiple and repeated connections can be
  combined now.
• When using repeated connections, traffic is blocked until
  the connection to the first address is accepted.
• Option -I allows to use iperf3 for TCP tests. The additional
  control connection is spliced bidirectionally.
• Timeout defaults to 10 seconds. It is restarted when all
  connections have been accepted.
