Helper no longer crashes under Proton: the nvapi64.dll load is guarded and skipped when the runner
already provides NVAPI (DXVK-NVAPI).

Import the NVIDIA NGX DLLs from the GUI (gear menu -> NGX binaries), with a first-launch prompt when
nvngx_dlssnr.dll` is missing.

Long tooltips are now multi-line.
