Could not get the PDF to print double-sided. Tried to use the setup wizard to create a new list, but the wizard would not allow me to continue. It froze after the first couple of prompts.

Hi, thanks for the bug report. It sounds like there are 2 problems. The first is that the PDF is not printing properly. Is the PDF itself OK, or is there are problem there? Please provide a link to the PDF, that will help me diagnose what is causing problems there.

The second issue is that the wizard "froze". Can you provide a few details that will allow me to recreate the problem? What did you enter on the pages before it froze? What is the URL of your BMLT server, what service bodies did you select, etc. If you want, you can send me screenshots.

Regarding the double sided printing. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the PDF, it prints OK on my printer. Do other documents print double sided in your environment, and only the PDFs from bread not?

Not sure. My literature chair has used that link the last 2 areas with no issue. We have both tried printing at Office Depot and only the back page printed. I was going to use the set-up wizard and generate a new list and see if that helps. I will try again after the bug with the wizard is corrected. I will take another type of document at the office depot and see what results I get. Thanks for your help. steven

Github closed it when I fixed the wizard issue, but I'm leaving this open until we find out what the problem with printing is.

Still having the same issue with the setup wizard, and I tried printing the PDF again. It only printed the back side. I tried an older PDF, and it printed successfully. The attached screenshot shows where the setup wizard gets stuck.

Are you sure you are running 2.10.4? Please check that you are not using a cache. It's possible that you need to clear your browser cache.

Please also send me a copy of the older PDF., maybe I can compare them to find the problem. There is really no concept in PDF of something being "double-sided". It's just a series of pages, and how the printer decides to print them. Viewing the PDF in chrome and safari and Adobe PDF reader pro all show two pages. I've run the file through some online PDF validators, donepdf and pdfnano, and they did not find any errors, and they show the correct number of pages. I've printed it on my home printer and the copy shop down the street from me without problem. There is no Office Depot where I live, I think they are only in the US. It's not that I'm denying the problem, it's that I can't really fix a bug I can't recreate. And I'm running out of ways to try to recreate it.

Is there any tech support at home depot that you could ask? Do you have any options for printing the PDF other than Home Depot?

The only thing I notice in your configuration that is slightly off is that in your front page, "Narcotics Anonymous" and the date are printed in Arial script and not in your base font. You might try removing this font, or replacing it with DejaVuSans. It's a long shot, but maybe worth a try.

I opened https://southbrowardna.org/?current-meeting-list=16 and tried printing a variety of ways with mixed results on Windows 10 Pro ESR. Attached file has screenshots.

File opened without errors and printed both side using:
Brave browser - printed fine over the network to both to Brother HL=L6240DW and HP ColorLaserJet M254DW using PCL-6 driver.
PDF-XChange Editor - printed fine over the network to both to Brother HL=L6240DW and HP ColorLaserJet M254DW using PCL-6 driver.

I'm receiving errors when opening or printing using Acrobat 2026.001.21691 (on Win).

Working with the downloaded PDF, when opening I receive this error:

Wow, thanks for your effort, Ferdowsi!!!!!! At least some of the problems seems to be due to the QRCode image. I removed it and regenerated the PDF. The insuffucient data in Acrobat should be gone, but I can't test if this helps the printing only one page. Can you try to print the following PDF:

QR codes for Zoom meetings seemed fine. Looks like the one to https://southbrowardna.org/ is creating the issue.
