TODO: Other streaming sites

[bmn]

Currently Ustream is the only site supported. Add support for other sites with APIs:

• justin.tv
• livestream.com

[bmn]

justin only allows one channel per request.
livestream's api is closed for general use.

Until the situation changes these two cannot be added.
