변경 사항:

 - cmd/desync/tar.go
  - -s/--store 플래그 제거
  - -i 모드에서 내부적으로 WritableStore(defaultTarUntarStoreURL, ...) 사용
  - help/example 문구에서 -s 제거
 - cmd/desync/untar.go
  - -s/--store 플래그 제거
  - -i 모드에서 내부적으로 MultiStoreWithCache(..., defaultTarUntarStoreURL) 사용
  - help/example 문구에서 -s 제거
 - cmd/desync/tar_untar_store.go 추가
  - defaultTarUntarStoreURL = "https://depot.prodbybitmap.com/"
 - 테스트(cmd/desync/tar_test.go, cmd/desync/untar_test.go)
  - 기존 -s 기반 테스트를 고정 URL 변수 오버라이드 방식으로 수정

현재 동작은 사용자가 -s를 줄 수 없고, tar -i/untar -i는 항상 내부 고정 store URL을 사용합니다.
(참고: 전체 저장소 테스트에는 이번 변경과 무관한 기존 실패 1건이 이미 존재합니다: 루트 패키지 TestTar)
