v0.33.1
This patch release makes Dumber recover all open tabs when the GPU process restarts, so pages no longer stay blank after a GPU crash. It also fixes OAuth sign-ins that hand off to desktop apps: external links now ask for confirmation once per pane instead of looping, and leftover popup windows are cleaned up.
