A small release on top of v3: per-service env in manifests, remote CA access, and clearer CLI messages. No breaking changes.

New

  • Per-service env. [services.<name>.env] sets public env for one service and overrides the same key from the app-wide [env]. Changes show as service/<name>/env in apps diff and apply on the next deploy. See App Manifest.

  • gordon ca export / ca info work with --remote. They use the new GET /admin/ca endpoint (scope admin:status:read) and check the CA locally. ca install stays local-only.

Fixes

  • apps deploy and apps remove report a retired service as removed instead of deployed. JSON clients see the new result: "removed" value.
  • apps secrets set / delete tell you to run gordon apps apply first when the app or service is not applied yet.
  • apps status / apps show replace the bare restart_unsafe with a single-writer mark and a one-line legend.
