• You can drag to reorder tabs and groups, in the expanded Island and in
vertical tabs. Drag a tab within its group, into another group, or out of
its group. Dropping a tab on a group's header adds it to that group, even
when the group is folded. Drag a group's header to move the whole group,
and Cmd/Ctrl+1–9 follow the new order. Pinned tabs stay pinned, and
releasing a drag over the page does nothing.
• The same moves work from the keyboard: focus a tab or a group header and
press Alt+Shift+Up or Alt+Shift+Down (Option+Shift on macOS). Folded groups
  are skipped.
