Blanc 1.9.1

Fixed

  • Synced tabs no longer lose their favicons during startup. Blanc now waits for the restored tab snapshot before publishing tab and icon state, while still publishing removals immediately when tab sharing is explicitly turned off.

  • Sites with unusual favicon setups are handled more reliably, including pages that provide app or touch artwork, large source images, or PNG files served with a generic content type. When a site has no usable image, Blanc shows a domain initial instead of an anonymous gray square.

  • Permission prompts keep their surrounding surface transparent instead of briefly painting an opaque rectangle over the page.
