Oxide v0.6.0

Added

• Linux. Oxide now builds and runs on Linux (Wayland and X11, Vulkan), as
  a pacman package (makepkg -si from packaging/aur/oxide-terminal-bin;
  the AUR listing follows once registration reopens) or a release tarball
  with an install script. Everything that isn't the window chrome works the same: the tree
  follows cd and tab titles follow the foreground command through procfs,
  finished commands notify through notify-send (and a click on the
  notification brings the pane back where the daemon supports it), deleted
  files go to the XDG trash, "Reveal in File Manager" opens your file
  manager, and a newer release shows up in the top-right pill (it opens the
  release page; the package manager does the install).
• A Linux keymap: ctrl-shift-* where macOS uses cmd-* (copy, paste, new
  tab, search, palette…), alt-1..9 for tabs and ctrl-alt-1..9 for
  workspaces, ctrl-click to open links and paths. Super is never bound —
  it belongs to the window manager. The ctrl-w chords are identical on
  both. Palette and overlay hints read Ctrl+Shift+P rather than ⇧⌘P.
• Linux: selecting text sets the primary selection, and middle-click pastes
  it.
• Shift held while Oxide launches skips startup commands on Linux too; the
  key state arrives with keyboard focus rather than at launch, so it's read
  in the first moment after the window opens.
• Linux: closing the last window quits, rather than lingering with nothing
  to reopen from.
