v0.3.1

ContextScreen 0.3.1 for Apple Silicon.

Fixes startup and recording for archives using schema version 28. Older supported archives migrate automatically, preserving their existing OCR text and context history. Includes the native Open benchmarks button and benchmark review window.

New OCR results retain word coordinates; the CLI can backfill coordinates for existing frames.

Download ContextScreen-0.3.1.dmg, open it, and replace your existing ContextScreen app. Keep a single installed copy.

Benchmark cleanup also removes stored OCR words and prevents background recognition from restoring cleaned text. Explicit full reindexing remains available. History imports support schema 28 without duplicating coordinate observations.

Built from source commit c874fbd9d10e3b5c8058a3ea55ec6ad4e4a8d5e7 after PRs #94 and #95 passed macOS CI and review findings were addressed. Developer ID signed and Apple notarized.
