ContextScreen 0.3.4 for Apple Silicon.

  • Use far less CPU and battery while recording: skip accessibility walks on unchanged screens, refresh indexing progress less often, and wake the audio pipeline 10× less often.
  • Stop retrying speech uploads when the transcription account is out of balance, instead of re-uploading every recording.
  • Idle AI connections (ChatGPT, Claude) no longer use CPU in the background.
  • Faster speaker matching while transcribing.
