First release, it supports:

• sync the preview with the position in NeoVim
• allow toggling autosave for the current buffer (which will cause the preview to reload)
• export functions to quickly go to a given slide or find some text in the preview window

To use the plugin, one need to manually start the preview, since presently the preview is handled by the companion node plugin (marp-dev-preview).
